Our mind is such a powerful tool, and this book reminds me of that.The Little Book of Lykke by Meik Weiking: Apparently the Danish are also some of the happiest people on Earth! This little book gives great clues into how you can bring happiness into all areas of your life.Creating cozy areas and mindful activities within our home helps me to see our space as a sanctuary. The Little Book of Hygge by Meik Weiking: The Danish really do have cozy comfort down pat! Especially when it’s cold in the winter, I definitely feel cooped up.It’s forced me to really go within myself to see how my thoughts and feelings about situations can impact my life. There are SO many powerful lessons in this book. Singer: I’m still reading this one, because I’m taking it in slowly. ![]() ![]() These books always bring me comfort when I’m feeling down, or when I need a reminder to breathe and be mindful. Although I don’t have a lot of actual self-help style books in my book shelf, I still have books that I come back to again and again. I was recently asked if there are any books that help me stay positive when times are tough.
